Hi, I’m Vy, a communication design student with a focus on UX/UI and digital product design.
🎓 Background
I originally began in a double degree studying both Design and IT, but quickly realised that my strength and passion lay in design. After transferring to a single Bachelor of Design, I’ve been refining my focus toward user-centred digital product design.
💡 What I Value in Design
I design with clarity ✍️, emotion ❤️, and purpose 💪. Every product I create aims to be:
Intuitive
Thoughtful
Emotionally resonant
My process always starts with people, understanding who I’m designing for and what they truly need.

🧠 Beyond the Screen
I believe in design that serves, not just sells. When I’m not designing, I’m reflecting on how to build a life rooted in resilience, beauty, and meaning.
I come from a background that values humility, discipline, and quiet strength. I didn’t grow up immersed in tech culture, I came to design through curiosity and a desire to make things that help people live better, not just scroll longer. UX/UI stood out to me because it’s not about decoration. It’s about empathy, clarity, and care.
My Catholic background shaped how I see the world, reminding me that my work isn’t just about interfaces, but also about people. Their time. Their needs. Their dignity. Whether I’m designing a screen or shaping a future, I try to move with integrity, purpose, and compassion.
In the long run, I’m not just building a career, I’m building a life. One rooted in strong character, meaningful relationships, and the quiet hope of raising a family with love and intention. Design is one way I live that out.
